Partial-boil brewing is a process by which the brewer boils only a portion of the final product, then adds additional water to top off before fermentation begins.
This is a simple calculator to estimate the temperature of your boil combined with any remaining water when brewing a partial-boil beer. This calculator assumes the boil is still at boiling temperature of 100ºC/220ºF.
